Hello! We want to introduce you - for those who don't already know her - to our delightful niece, Olivia. She is our motivation for doing the shitbox rally across (part of) Australia in May 2025. Olivia is right now in a battle with adrenal cancer (ACC - Adrenocortical Carcinoma). She has been having chemo and has been so strong through these last two years since diagnosis. We can't do much to help - but we love her and want to do something. So, this is it! We would be so grateful if you'd help us raise money for much-needed research and raise awareness for this little-known cancer. Thank you, friends!

Hi All - We are so grateful for all of the support and well-wishing we have received since we announced that we have signed up for the Shitbox Rally May 2025. We're holding our first fundraiser - a Top Gear Clothes Swap! If you're in the area (Melbourne, that is) next Saturday morning (10am-12pm) 23rd November, please stop by. It's a great way to liven up your wardrobe without spending money or adding to the world's 'clothes clutter' and environmental impact. And we think it's a fun way to raise some money. The Top Gear Clothes Swap was a big success last week.Thanks to all of those who came to support us and help raise money for the Rally and Cancer Council. We had a lot of fun and swapped a lot of clothes and raised over $1500. We have 20 bags of clothes left over and will look to sell them at our local Sunday Market in the New Year.We are now over our first milestone which was to raise $2500. Thanks to everybody - we couldn't do it without you. Still some way to go to reach our goal of $15,000 :). Stay tuned for another event in the New Year.

We found our car for the Rally! See her below. So you might be thinking that she’s cute? She is also teeny weeny - like a Tonka toy car - is 20 years old, has no working air con and is slightly temperamental when starting. We are going to drive her 3500+kms across some of Australia's toughest dirt roads. Oh, yes, her roof does come up, though you can see Darryl is prepared for plenty of flies. For those who don't know, the Rally limits us to a car worth less than $1500AU (ours was $950!), no 4WDs, etc. It's not a race - it's a wild, wacky fundraising escapade.So, now we need to paint her (cockamamie ideas welcome), create costumes, fix that pesky engine noise, and raise about $10K more for Cancer Council Australia before the rally begins May 2nd in Canberra.We're called 'Adrenaline Junkies' and we're doing this to raise money and awareness because our beautiful niece, Olivia, pictured, is courageously fighting adrenal cancer. We would be immensely grateful for a donation of any size. Or do you know a company who might want their logo driven across Australia on the side of a sweet, ridiculously impractical, Peugeot 206cc?
